I'll try but I honestly don't know if I can do it. I'm small so a pound is a lot of weight to lose in a week.
yeah that' why I'm the cheerleader - no way I can lose a lb a week these days without starving myself or blasting away in the gym. and I'm not even as tiny as you!0 -

The great news is that i have lost the 1.1kg i gained last week. My body threw in a 0.1 kg bonus. So friend i lost 1.2kg this week.0

you lost .4 lbs in 2 weeks? I think that's pretty good when you have less than 5 lbs to go. Slow loss = more fat lost.0 -
Hopefully I am not too late, I had a week long business trip that killed me
trying to motivate myself again! So any help in that regard is appreciated!

ozzra8 lost 2.6 pounds since her last weigh-in!! I updated at the end of the 29th so I'll count this loss. Not bad for a few days. Doing Zumba really helped.

I'm reappearing from my disappearing act after starting up this month's thread. Have been having quite a struggle but somehow still managed a very small loss of 0.4kg (0.9lb) in the first week.
1st March : 85kg
8th March : 84.6kg
I'm trying to turn things around this week, its been rather up and down again but today has gone well and its nearly over. How is everyone else who hasn't yet checked in going? Look forward to hearing from you0 -
