Which BMR???

3 different sites = 3 different BMRs

MFP gives me 1771
http://health.discovery.com/centers/heart/basal/basal.html gives me 1818.5
http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/ gives me 1826.62

I'm not quite sure which to use as my baseline...

    Wow! I think I would take the avg. That is a high BMR. There is a calculator in the TDEE discussion board did you try that one too?

    The calculator is one of the links I have listed. They're high because I'm heavier.

    I'm not quite sure which to use as my baseline...

    I'm not a big fan of how MFP calculates their calorie recommendations. I would try with the average, which is about 1805, or start with the health discovery number.

    Thanks for the advice! I've been doing no less than 1771 but ranging upwards of that on some days (my average is around 1800). It seems to be working for me, I'm never hungry but I also don't feel bloated. I've been peaking at the scale and I'm maintaining a loss (whereas before I was spiking between 5 pounds even when I've been weighing weekly). My goal is a weekly deficit of around 3500 total - I haven't been able to work out due to an ankle injury but I'll try for a larger deficit once I start going to the gym again.

    You can always just pick one. I tried out one that ended up being high for me. When my weight loss was slow, I went to the other.
