Just started. I received new running shoes as a birthday present. I survived :) Using some apps on my ipod touch to keep me on track.

Good job and good luck! I'm only on week 3 at the moment, but I'm absolutely loving it.

    How's it going?

I did W1D1 today, though I had my daughter in her pram so hope that's still ok, I still did the intervals as told (NHS podcasts) and I think having her with me stopped me from going off too fast (which I do struggle with, you know sprinting before you can run!)

To evaluate my W1D1 I'd say it went really well, had a lovely day for it with the weather, mapped my proposed route before hand (so know distances etc for logging in)
Do need some new trainers and of course a sports bra.

W1D2 will hopefully be Saturday and without pushing a pram.

    Good luck all.
