Hi, finished mine yesterday, how did yours go

I will be breaking mine into 10 minute sections, got a plan all written out and my handy timer app all ready to go.
Will report back when done.
Would love to hear what type of exercises people are including in this daily challenge.0 -
My circuit today consisted of
Hammer Curls
Tricep Extensions
Lunges
Squats
Chest Press
Skull Crushers
Hamstring Curls
Lateral Raises
Bent Over Row
Deadlift
Hip Bridge
Basic Crunch
Reverse Crunch
Overhead Press
I used an app on iPhone called Daily Full Body Workout. I usually add plank, push ups, donkey kicks, mountain climber pulls and bridge dips but I've injured my left wrist, I could only use my 4kg dumbells today.0 -
Done. I completed my Ripped in 30 workout and added some extra strength exercises to meet my goals.0

I have finished my challenge today My muscles are burning and feeling gooooood!!!0

walked for over 2 hours at the zoo today pulling the wagon with my kids in it not a typical workout but my arms definitally felt it pulling them up and down the hills.0

20 minutes done! And now I know I need to focus on this more. That was hard!0

My strength training I actually did yesterday and my walking today so both days are complete! 25 minutes of strength and 60 min walk!0

Took me long enough to fit it in today, but it's done...
now for a walk. I need to burn a few extra calories today - I had a snacky kind of day0 -

I'm actually gonna do this tomorrow. I walked for 5 hours today and now I can barely stand cause my sciatic nerve is KILLING ME!!!! I need to rest for the rest of the night and get on this tomorrow and whatever else challenge we have.0

Trying to get over a sinus infection so I walked instead. I will make the strength up when my head is a bit better!0
