201 lbs....I hate admitting that I gained this week. Awful week, unorganized and unprepared for unexpected events. Back on track and keeping up on my exercise though. Just need to control my eating at night when I am exhausted.0

Glad I'm not the only one who gained. I have had a very emotional week, and I guess I haven't completely overcome emotional eating. But I will be ok. I will keep on logging and exercising and will be back on track.
