  • 201 lbs....I hate admitting that I gained this week. Awful week, unorganized and unprepared for unexpected events. Back on track and keeping up on my exercise though. Just need to control my eating at night when I am exhausted.

    Not too worried. I saw a lot of fluctuation this week. All the way from 148 to 146 in the mornings. I hope next week will be better. It's spring break for me so I hope I can stay on track and still have some fun. X)

    Glad I'm not the only one who gained. :( I have had a very emotional week, and I guess I haven't completely overcome emotional eating. But I will be ok. I will keep on logging and exercising and will be back on track. :)
