Sorry I am late, was totally gutted when I went up by 0.8 lbs last Friday, so I spit my dummy out and havn't been on here since the week before!:sad:

Hi All,
What a Titanic struggle, after having a lovely meal out on Wednesday I knew I was heading for a plus, but got my head down and did loads of power walking yesterday and dead chuffed came in with a pleasing result! Still got lots to do to get down to the end of month target, but just need to do better "every" day not just Thursday's?
