Hi /r/ketoeers! I'm starting back on keto today after taking nearly a year off of it when I was pregnant. Baby's here, baby weight is off, and I'm back to the weight I was after 2 months on keto last spring, 25 lbs down from my highest. So it's like I put it on pause and can pick up where I left off.
