Soft boiled eggs, turkey sausage & Swiss Miss Sensible Sweets diet hot cocoa mixed into my coffee. Yum! 300 calories even, and only 5 net carbs!0

Turkey bacon and broiled tomato with paremesan cheese and peper!
To save time, I make a whole package of bacon at once, store it in fridge and just warm up in the AM.0 -
I eat a 'normal' breakfast once per week... its ALWAYS Eggs Benedict: two perfectly poached eggs, large slab of ham, fresh homemade hollandaise, freshly steamed spinach. I give the english muffin and potatoes to my husband where I cant eat them.
This is my ultimate favorite breakfast!0 -
YOGURT PROTEIN POWDER AND MULTI VITS...0

Not for induction, but I love this breakfast at this time of year ...
Cottage cheese (regular, not low fat) (1/4 - 1/2 cup), fresh blueberries (1/4 - 1/2 cup), fresh strawberries (1/4 - 1/2 cup), whole raw almonds (2-3 Tbls). Stir and eat. Natural, balanced, fast, delicious, great start to an active day IMO.
Also, if you have been seriously low carbing, this can help get things moving in the rest room!0 -
Sometimes on weekends I have scrambled eggs, made with heavy cream and dill.
I have smoked salmon on the side, gently heated through.0 -
Alright - where we are stuck home this morning thanks to waiting for Comcast to call us before they come over, I cooked up a mean omelet this morning!
Oven roasted turkey cut up in to cubes
fresh diced red bell peppers
American Cheese
2 eggs
a garlic-herb cheese filling w/broccoli...
Cup of Chocolate Cappucchino coffee to wash it all down..
...guess hubby will have to wait to eat until he wakes up out of bed! LOL!0 -

I keep seeing this on pintrest. About how long did you cook yours?
I made my own turkey breakfast sausage this morning, it turned out really well!0 -

about 20 mins, but I didn't scoop enough avocado out so there were hardly any whites in each cup. The ones that had more whites weren't done enough so I would give it another 5-10 mins. However it was really good without much whites. Very rich tasting and a half an avocado was way more filling then I thought it would be!0 -
weekdays I'm on the go so I'll make a MIM (usually chocolate or blueberry) and take it with me to the office.
I have a full fat greek yoghurt once a week too.
At the weekends I'm more adventurous and will make one or two of the following:
Chorizo sausage and turnip hash topped with a poached/fried egg
As above, but with corned beef
smoked salmon & dill fritatta
Baked eggs florentine (eggs baked in a bed of wilted spinach, topped with a cheesy sauce & nutmeg)
Savoury low carb crepe stuffed with any filling you like (spinach & cheese, ham & cheese, chicken & mushroom, sausage & peppers, garlic mushrooms) folded and topped with cheese & baked.
sweet low carb crepes with splenda & lemon juice. (or sugar free syrup/jam)
savoury toasted MIM topped with smoked salmon, cream cheese & lemon juice
Sausage & turnip 'Hash browns'0 -
A porridge made with 1tbs of Oatbran and 1tbs of flaxseeds. I used soya milk to make it. This fills me up for aaages.0

What does the net carb count come to on that one? Sounds delish!0 -
I'm a sucker for an omelette and like to figure out what all i can put into it.
My go-to during the week when i dont' have time to make an omelette is to measure out 2 eggs worth (1/2 cup) of better n' eggs (it's a lower calorie made from real egg, higher omega 3s than eggs, and same carbs) into a little microwaveable container that i can take with me, 2 turkey sausage patties (my current favorite is tennesee pride, it has lower calories and 1 carb total), and an ounce of cheese. If you put the egg in the microwave for 1 minute, it fluffs up like scrambled eggs (i very often stop it half way through and fork-scramble) - then i crumble up the cheese lay the microwaved turkey patties (or turkey crumbles are good too) on top, and put the lid back on the container for about a minute. The residual heat/steam melts the cheese. Then it's like an open-faced omelette but a whole lot less time. Not as good as the real thing, but a VERY easy breakfast on the go and pretty tasty.
I've been tempted to try the egg "muffins" i keep seeing on pinterest - seems like you could chop up a bunch of different kind of veggies and breakfast meats and different cheeses and make a batch where each is different combos and then have something different each day. Maybe I'll do that next weekend!0
