New to the group today. Looking for more UK friends, feel free to add me.
I'm looking to lose 65lbs whilst using this site. that's my goal at the moment, but I will change it once I've achieved this.
I'm from Derbyshire btw !
Anyone recommend any good scales? I've had a WW one, but it changes every time I step on it and it's brand new! crapper!

Hi and welcome *waves*
I recently bought this http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0013IWSUI/ref=oh_o01_s00_i00_details (from Amazon at £20)
It seems pretty accurate to me (unfortunately :grumble: ) I like the fact it measures in stones & lbs, just lbs and kgs makes adding my weight on here a bit easier.
I nearly got these ones http://www.amazon.co.uk/Salter-StowAWeigh-9147-BK3R-Analyser/dp/B0030EPISM/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1331483420&sr=8-1 but went for the other ones based on the reviews.

Hey! thanks for the reply. *waves back*
I've been looking at one in Argos and it's a Doctors one or some thing I was thinking about that...

But really wanted to know if there was any other good ones around. The one I have was 20 quid and has been pretty inaccurate, which I bought from Tesco. I think maybe it was thrown around and is out of sync. I'm willing to pay up to 40 quid for one if it's gonna be good.0 -
Hiya , I've been using a cheap glass digital scale I bought at Quality save, It seem accurate as I weigh
the same when I get weighed at the doctors0 -
If you're near a Boots you could go there, as you're paying to use them they have to be calibrated.
Those ones from Argos look smart though.0 -
