Hello All,
I hope that everyone has a successful week of fitness! If you would please respond to this thread and let me know what your weigh-in day is, it will be very helpful for me to check that everyone is on track in the spreadsheet. Thanks!
Here is the link for the spreadsheet, if you still need to add you information. If you are just starting, repeat your start weight in each cell, until you are caught up with week 3.

I did try the link at my work computer but it didn't work so I will have to try it at home so I can fill out the information! My weigh in day is Saturday mornings but a lot of times I just weigh myself if I think I may be weighing less than I did. I really need to just stick with weighing myself once a week but it's so hard!!0
