    I fell behind! Didn't quite get in all my planned strength training days. And my eating was pretty out of control too. Ugh!

    Food: 6/7 (I'm completely satisfied, given that it was my birthday week and I went over a total of one single day and only by around 400 calories. I've been known to do worse on birthdays that weren't even my own. :D)
