Hi folks. I didn't see anyone had posted a weighin yet - so I'll get 'er started!! I weigh in on Friday's so here's my count!
PW - 317.4
CW - 315

I had a challenging week, with a med change and lots of weird side effects. But it looks like I'm normally out on that front and hoping to see some progress in my weight loss, as a result. Very happy with 2.4 loss this week. Yay! Hope everyone else is doing well!

    1st week I've stayed the same. I believe this is due to not having felt well for the past 4 days and I have not exercised in 3 days. I am pushing through and have a date with my treadmill this evening.

    on 3-5 it was 174.8
    on 3-12 is 175.8 Gained a lb. -I exercised more than I ever have- also ate the exercise calories, thinking that my metabolism needed boosting, well so much for that. I'm back to just increasing the exercise and the heck with adding exercise calories. I'm older-60 and I felt too full eating that much. It didn't work.

    I have lost 2lb this week, making 4lb in total. I'm pleased because didnt really stick to diet saturday or sunday!

    Hooray , finally the snow is gone and I was able to bicycle for the first time after the long winter

    No change in weight today - 219.8

    My trainer gave me a 2 pound goal for next week - write down 217.8 and wants me to meet or beat it.

    I'm weighing in Saturdays... I'm down 3lbs since starting the challenge!
