went on holiday last week...oops!

Well last week was tough I went away with the family and each couple cooked once during the week.. I’ve put 3lbs on but in all honesty it could have been a lot worse, I found that I’ve changed the way I eat… I was opting for popcorn instead of crisps..when the others were toasting marsh mellows I ate one and that was it.. I was quite proud of myself…

So back on the wagon today I’ve decided that I’m going to not eat back calories burned this week in an attempt to increase the loss…

12 weeks and 4 days til my holiday……. 14lbs to go…

    You did great, your right, tracking your food on your diary every day makes you make better food choices! well done you for holdng it together and getting back on track!

    I still put weight on but i think it could have been soo much worse...

    back on track today and back in the gym... i'm very fortunate that I have a lovely lady that works here that did diet chef and had amazing results every day she reminds me that it is possible and not to give up!

    No don't give up! we all have off days, nobody's perfect! i had a few days last week, so its good you have picked yourself up and got back on track, cause you have only failed if you give up!
