Up until yesterday I was doing the Tesco Ultra-slim diet which consists of a milkshake (with around 25g of sugar per milkshake!!) for breakfast and lunch, then I was eating a 500 calorie dinner. Anyone else think the hamper timmings are wrong?
I've ordered the 4 month one and I've got at least 2 weeks of food left and my hamper will be shipped this week. I think the time between orders is not long enough. Especially if you have a day off.

Hi All, I have just started this week and am very excited. Does anyone have tips to share? Can anyone reccomend the best yoghurt? By that I mean less calories and less fat? I don't like milk so tend to have yoghurt with my cereal in the morning and don't want to 'waste' my calories on 'bad' yoghurt.
