you should lose weight by dieting alone just eat clean and often stay within your calorie goal
I'm eating every 2 1/2 hours three meals three snacks I'm 255 taking 1600 calories for now
I lost 4 lbs so far I wasn't losing on insanity alone I'm on my recovery week 5 I'm blaming it
on muscle gain I do feel thinner

You eat only 1600 calorie??? that's below your BMR.
This is my 2nd round of insanity I did not do insanity nutrition.
This time I'm going to do their nutrition also. 1800-1900 cal for month 1 of insanity.
I lose inches on Insanity, weight did not go down much.0 -
that's what the fitness pal app gives me 700 calories under bmr it goes up if I input an exercise I don't know but I'm goin to stick to it weighed in 253 and change this morning0

MFP set everyone up at 1,200 cal.
I set my daily cal requirement thru the customize screen.0
