I am getting super excited about the half-marathon on May 5th! But I need to start getting in some longer runs on the weekend or I'm not going to be ready!!!

38km for month. goal was 70kms running although i've included some rowing in my kms as the weather has been horrible. is there a week 3 or are we just continuing here?0
