Done, Military press is getting easier, maybe the V squats also, but I still hate them :laugh:

    Done! My knees seem to be doing better today. I've been stretching a lot....I think that helped :happy:

    I did it. I raise the dumbells to eight lbs I hate the v-press. I am drained today. Does anyone have pain in there ankles?

    Back to it today, knee feeling better. I try to stretch out my calves a little extra. I feel like all the jumping is what's hurting me. I also hate those V squats.
