So I really had to push myself today and in the middle of that one of the thoughts that went through my head was that I'm not doing this just for myself....because I posted my before pics, the results that I achieve during this challenge will either inspire the next person trying the shred or it could make them not bother…

Missed two Days of 30 day shred
Hi , I missed two workouts of the 30 day shred. Friday and Saturday is any one else in the same situation. I was thinking of working of doing the video three times today but I think it may be two much. I wanted to know where the group was at so that I can catch up. Thanks

Done, my lower back was very sore this morning, feels better now, it happened the first time with Shred also, so I won't stress about it too much unless its getting worse, but its actually getting better :) Enjoy your day :)
