    Hi All,

    Some will be surprised to here me say I am dissappointed, however having learn't my lesson about weekends I maintained great control and was really disciplined in terms of portion control, and as a result only gained about 1.5 lbs over the weekend. I confidently got stuck into lots of exercise, and still kept up the portion control and fealt for sure I would break 180 lbs and get down to 179 ish. Had one better result when I had my blood pressure checked and was down to 170/90 which I know is probably scary for most of you but it was 170/100 late last year! Still got lots to do to get down to the end of month target, but just need to do better "every" day not just Thursday's?

    SW = 181.8 lbs

    GW = 174 lbs its a tough ask but I set out to be 168 lbs by the 27th April so gotta go for it!

    2nd March - 182.6
    9th March - 181.4 a loss of 1.2 lbs

    Glad I'm losing weight but I have slowed down a bit. Too much beer me thinks. Must try to be a good boy!

    Defo aint gona be hitting my goal this month unless I can miraculously loose 6lb in 2 weeks........a steady 1lb a week will keep me happy I think though :)

    Don't be dissapointed. I know what you mean though - I just had a bag of crisps for breakfast (it's Friday) and I have already weighed in. I would never do that on a Thursday.

    We can make you weigh in on Mondays as well if you like :P

    Well I cut down the carbs and did some exercise and guess what? I lost!

    SW - 182.75

    2nd March - 180.75 (lost 2lbs)
    9th March - 180.5 (lost 0.25lbs)
    16th March - 178.75 (lost 1.75lbs):happy: whhhhooooo hooooooo into the one-seventies!!!

    I have a bad weekend coming up, Indian Meal on saturday, pub lunch on Sunday for Mothers day so no time for bike ride, mmm, we'll see....

    I gained 4 pounds during our Disney Land weekend. It was totally worth it - and most of it has gone now.
    I'll be happy to get back to my SW this month. My GW is distant dream!

    March 9: 197.4 I am weighing in early since I am leaving for Las Vegas tomorrow morning. My try to update tomorrow but no guarentee
    March 16 :197.4 will stay the same since I forgot to weigh in. It was that type of week last week. Needless to say my emotional balance was thrown off since one of my students wants me dead. Not a comforting thought but the school is doing everything possible to make sure I am protected.

    Hi All,

    Bit dissappointed after my best ever week of exercise 218 minutes so far. Trying reasonably hard on portion control and only two treats (caramel shortcake?) all week, and to have only lost a pound is very little incentive! Still it is in the right direction though it's obvious these last 11 pounds are gonna be tough? but you know what they say the tough get going, :laugh: so onwards and downwards! Ha-Ha :smile:
