I just got a phone call from work, requesting to meet with me to "discuss the position" and was told it was urgent, and that they need to "clarify the role" with myself and the other girl who does my job. My head is spinning over what they mean by that. I hate crap like this. I'm sick over it. Trying sooo hard not to cope with a b/p. ugh. Staying out of the house until I know my hubby is home. I'll have to go to bed early tonight, too, I think. Otherwise, I'm not sure I can prevent it. Ugh. All right before my nutritionist visit tomorrow, too. Which, although I desperately want to get in to see the nutritionist, finally, is also stressing me out, because of what she might say. Ugh. Ugh. Ugh.

Made it. No b/p, and I managed to eat (safely, slowly and sanely) more calories than I've had all week. Even put my daughter's leftover mac 'n cheese down the garbage disposal instead of using it as an excuse to b/p. I seriously didn't think I could, but I did it. Going to bed now. Victorious. Feels damn good.0

Thanks ladies! I do feel more confident. I set myself a goal for getting through today and tomorrow, and if I do, I have a reward awaiting me. I'm hoping it will be enough.0

Thanks ladies! I got derailed a bit today because my work meeting got put off until Thursday, but she at least explained a bit more about what the meeting is about, and it doesn't sound as scary as I initially feared. I'm trying to hold on to that victory feeling and not let the anxiety build again. Today has been a lot of eating and very, very little moving (mostly watching TV, knitting and working on crafts) so my food anxiety is a little high, but my calories are still low enough that the numbers aren't freaking me out too badly. I'm going to try to *not* weigh myself tomorrow, just in case I do gain... weekends (and Mondays) are soooo tough for me from a mental/emotional standpoint.0
