Good morning all
i lost a whopping 200g this week ..... which is .44lb
not much -but a loss is a loss
and now there is no caramel topping left in the house - this week should be easier LOL
Start weight 84 kilos (approx 185lb)
todays weight 82.8 (approx 182.5lb)

I'm weighing in on. Saturday Morning.
By then I hope I have lost some more. I had a sneak on the works scales today and im down half a kilo.
I'm confused I thought we were on week 3. Ha ha, perhaps I'm wishing my diet away.0 -
it's only my second weigh in since it started
i may have stuffed up .... that's highly possible
sometimes the sparkle from my diamante's gets in my eyes and I don't read properly
i'm still annoyed i can't read group posts on my phone !!0 -
Started 6March @ 252lbs.
Today 14 March @ 249lbs.
I feel like I should have lost more. but I suppose 3lbs is a good result for 7days.
I felt discouraged bc it felt like I had been on the challenge for 2 weeks... silly girl!0 -

Well I didn't loose at all this week. I am still at 176. I will keep working at it. Hopefully more success this coming week.

I haven't changed. Actually I am up 0.2 pounds. Frustrated, but I'm a fighter, so I'll keep fighting it get it off.0

No change in weight after the initial drop, but I am eating better and consistently healthy size portions.0

Same for me. Lost 12 lbs two weeks ago and none for the past week but i had a big cheat weekend! Went to visit family with lots of home cooking. Tried not to cheat too much but some things were too hard to resist - peach cobbler - YUMM. But I am back at it this week. Eating healthy, working out and watching my A.S.S. (alcohol, sugar and salt) consumption. Drinking tons of water to clear out my system.
