  • I started this morning too! What are everyone's plan as far as rest days? My plan is to do 10 days on level 1, rest 1 day, 10 days level 2, rest 1 day and then 10 days level 3.
  • I completed Day 1 of Level 1 last night! I am sore today, but a good kind of sore! So glad to find a group with others doing the same thing! :)

    I started this morning too! What are everyone's plan as far as rest days? My plan is to do 10 days on level 1, rest 1 day, 10 days level 2, rest 1 day and then 10 days level 3.

    I am also planning on doing it for 30 days straight! I will probably do 10 days on each level unless they start to get too easy or boring, then I will go up a level.

    Started (again) today! Hoping this group will keep me going this time around! I have to admit I didn't finish it entirely today :( I forgot how intense Jillian can be but I'm promising myself to finish the whole 30 days! If anyone wants to add me I could use some support :)

    I did JM 30 DS on and off. Every time I felt good!!!
    But, this time time I want to stick to it!!!!!!

    Day 1 - Level 2 in the evening.
  • I am so happy that I found this group! I was planning on starting my shred tonight! I reallyl need the support and motivation to keep going. I have lost 10 lbs so far with 40 more to go so I am really hoping to break out of my plateau and get some great results!!

    Did Day 1! Woo-hoo! I'm doing it with 7.5lbs weights which is a challenge for me but not impossible at all.

    Yay! I'm so glad there are a bunch of us starting today, I can definitely use the motivation. I did the full 30 days in October and have done it intermittently since. Recently I have been content to maintain my current weight but I lost the drive to exercise and I have felt lethargic and unhappy. I'm back and ready to go, let's kill this! I'm in the UK, so my day is done. I have already completed day 1. Good luck, everyone. x

    Just did Day 1 but I started on Level 2. I have done 30DS on and off for about a year and have never done a month straight. I think I get too bored! I also run so I am going to do 30DS whenever I can and also mix running in and see what happens. Jillian is tough but so motivational too!

    Whoot whoot! We survived day 1! Now if my wobbly legs can stand for a minute so my son can snap a picture of me for before! How do add this to exercise? Cardio or strength?

    Hi! Can I join? I did the 30DS once almost a year ago and had amazing results. I just started again today to get some fast results before summer.

    Holy crap, though, my legs are so sore! I feel like I pulled every muscle in my groin...I didn't feel this bad after day one last year. I'm so scared I won't be able to walk the next few days...FML

    Day 1- check! Definitely went way better than the first time I did 30DS a few months ago (but fizzled out at about day 22 i think? i was so close!)

    So glad someone set this group up! Let's do this!!

    Technically this is my second day, but I'll just forget the first day never happened, lol. I was walking today, and the tops of my thighs were burning in the GOOD way.
