I'll start since I'm really excited to get this out there...

Lost 3.2 lbs last week!

But I think I was dehydrated, so I am really just hoping to maintain this week.

Starting Weight: 174
Current weight: 169.0
Goal weight: 154

    I was bad last week and didn't exercise nor did I stick to keto that well, but I'm back on it and it's showing. Phew!

    I am down 1 more pound. I was 158 last week and 157 this week. I have been working out a ton and my clothes are fitting a lot better so I think I am gaining muscle (fingers crossed)

    I haven't lost anything for 3 weeks. Kinda bummed especially since I've been keeping under my calories and exercising 5 days a week. :noway:
