Instead of bread use rice spring roll wrappers or a thin egg omelette to wrap sandwich stuff.
Eat veg in place of rice, potato, pasta, etc0 -
Oooo i like that idea! Omelette sounds messy though...0

cook omelette very thin and until cooked through.0

When I am going low carbs, high protein my best foods are salmon or eggs. You can also use lettuce cups instead of bread. I also buy low carb tortillas (multi grain tortillas are lower in carbs too).0

I make a"bread" out of psyllium (1tsp), egg (1 or 2 egg whites), and your favorite spices ( mine are garlic, ginger and onion powders) and 2 tsp water. I use olive oil Pam spray and flip once like pancake. Very filling and total calories less than 100 - Net Carbs ZERO. I use to like soft taco shell.
To make pancakes use above - add 1-2 tsp of favorite protein powder with equal water. I use 1 tsp coconut oil after cooked with 1 tsp honey. Yummy breakfast0 -

Wow! Great stuff! Question - what is "psyllium"?0 -
Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you - psyllium husks are 100% fiber product. You can get at Walmart or Amazon. I get it at Amazon for about $6 for a pound - and that lasts for about a month0
