I have not added this yet.. I don't have a juicer but have read it can be done in a blender.. I am a little confused on the purpose of juicing for GAPS..

I juiced and I'm back to report.
It was pretty easy in my smoothie maker..I cut up an old pair of cotton shorts that had a hole in to strain the juice..worked really well except now I have cotton mouth bwahahaha.
I have to say though, the combo I chose is a little funky.. 3 carrots, 2 celery stalks, 1/2 an apple, 1/2 a pear...too many carrots ..blech ..:ohwell:
please share your favorite juicing combos.. and can you juice up a lot then freeze it?0 -
I'm not sure you have to strain like that..... you might just make it more of a smoothie.
Combos? Well today I did: 8 carotts, 2 zuchinni, 2 apples, 1 red beet, and a bunch of organic greens (salad mix).... to much sugar i'm told...but that is how we are doing it. I am all out of my other greens... but I like kale and dandelion a LOT-- I cannot do spinach it messes with my adrenal glands TERRIBLY!!0 -
