I've just started gathering info for GAPS and I haven't started the intro, but drinking bone broth and soups. I am going to my sister' wedding in a few days. What's the best travel GAPS food? I'm allergic to dairy (goat is ok) and glutten. I just started eating meat as I was vegan for a few years. Please friend me! Thanks…

Hey all- new to GAPS, on day 3, going to start a full Candida Cleanse on Oct 1. Is anyone still in here?
Hey guys, I don't have the book, just the info on the gaps website. It doesn't mention maple syrup. I'm assuming it's allowed but do you know if it is?
Okay ladies. I bought a bucket of kimchi from Costco. Now what? Not loving it on its own. Any ideas?
So what do you have your calories/carbs/protein/fats set for?
Do you ever feel like with all the fluids on GAPS that you barely have room left for food?? lol
I have not added this yet.. I don't have a juicer but have read it can be done in a blender.. I am a little confused on the purpose of juicing for GAPS..
I have been on the GAPS diet for a few months . I am really happy to see someone else that is doing it to.:flowerforyou:
Do you find difficult to drink it with meals? ..I can't seem to stomach it in the mornings or late at night.. I usually end up drinking some at snack time between meals and with lunch
