Okay ladies. I bought a bucket of kimchi from Costco. Now what? Not loving it on its own. Any ideas?

    I don't love it but I admit I didn't know what to do with it. I was speaking to fellow homeschooling mom who is Chinese and she suggested I slice it thin and use it in soups or serve with rice noodles.

    Good idea.. i am trying to figure out what to do with the kraut in the fridge.. hmmmm a Rueben sounds pretty good
