I've just started gathering info for GAPS and I haven't started the intro, but drinking bone broth and soups. I am going to my sister' wedding in a few days. What's the best travel GAPS food? I'm allergic to dairy (goat is ok) and glutten. I just started eating meat as I was vegan for a few years.
Please friend me! Thanks for starting this GAPS group!!!

For travel I always make a big batch of coconut flour pancakes, and take fermented meats like salami, and hard cheeses. A big batch of kale chips, and other easy to eat cut raw vegetables, and hard boiled eggs. I also have a large stack of the small airplane compliant clear cups with lids and take homemade mayo, cod liver oil, probiotic, and guacamole. When I know we aren't going to be able to cook the first few days I have mailed a large cheese and frozen and wrapped in many many freezer bags broth. One of our kids does well having broth every day. I probably over pack food for on the road but we have three kids and we are all on the diet so it adds up to a lot of food. Also, if you are careful with ordering we have had success with eating out at chipolte with none of us getting sick (we bring our own cheese :) ).
