Travel foods?

I've just started gathering info for GAPS and I haven't started the intro, but drinking bone broth and soups. I am going to my sister' wedding in a few days. What's the best travel GAPS food? I'm allergic to dairy (goat is ok) and glutten. I just started eating meat as I was vegan for a few years.
Please friend me! Thanks for starting this GAPS group!!!

For travel I always make a big batch of coconut flour pancakes, and take fermented meats like salami, and hard cheeses. A big batch of kale chips, and other easy to eat cut raw vegetables, and hard boiled eggs. I also have a large stack of the small airplane compliant clear cups with lids and take homemade mayo, cod liver oil, probiotic, and guacamole. When I know we aren't going to be able to cook the first few days I have mailed a large cheese and frozen and wrapped in many many freezer bags broth. One of our kids does well having broth every day. I probably over pack food for on the road but we have three kids and we are all on the diet so it adds up to a lot of food. Also, if you are careful with ordering we have had success with eating out at chipolte with none of us getting sick (we bring our own cheese ).0
