Are you ladies tracking your workouts?? I dont have a heart rate monitor yet, so I'm wondering how to track my workouts here on mfp. Any ideas?

I entered bum bum under high impact aerobics and high and tight and tummy tuck under calisthenics. i'm about to do sculpt, which looks more like circuit training since you use dumbbells a lot0
