Do you all use apps on your phone or ipod to track or coach your workouts? I use CardioTrainer to track my cardio stuff like running, biking, hiking, or walking. My favorite thing about this app is that it updates me of my distance\time or pace every minute which is then my que to change my intensity level. I have used Nike Boom and it is neat to have the different coaches motivate you during your workout. I have used Adidas miCoach also and I liked that it tracked your shoes. And it had the capablity to load up training plans.
I use JEFIT to track my strength training. It allows you to create your routine and then tracks your one rep max based on what you are lifting. It has a bunch of exercises in its database and you can track your measurment stats in it also. The app also has a website so I have a backup of all my routines and stats. Once I set up my routines with my planed rests between sets I don't have to watch the clock it has a timer and it alarms when it is time to start the next set.
So what do you all use?

I haven't been using anything other than MFP for tracking, but these sound like they could be helpful! I know that for me tracking food on paper would NEVER work, but I have been tracking workouts on paper and cardio just in my head. Thanks, I will check out some of these! Oh, I have the Abs Workout free ap on my phone but haven't actually used it.0

It is one of my favorites, I have used it for 2 years now. Lots of features plus the internet back up. I hope it works for you as well as it does for me. Enjoy!0

I like to use something called iSTAYFIT for lifting and logging exercise.
The other is ENDOMONDO for GPS tracking of running and biking. Cool APP.
I used to use Lose it...but then I found MyFitnessPal.0 -
I use GymBuddy on my iPod for tracking my strength training. You can create your own workouts, enter your weight/reps/sets while working out - and I like that it has an interval timer/rest timer built in that will prompt me over the top of my music playing.... It will also e-mail a report to you (or your trainer) any time you want....
It will also record cardio, but I prefer to use my Fitbit and MFP for that.....0
