Sculpt was a really good workout! I actually had no idea that this program included a full-body workout lol. I began with 7lb weights and had to switch to 5lbs once I got to a certain point because it was really challenging! I did ripped in 30 before this, and the whole time I was doing it, I was just waiting for it to be over. I am so much happier about this one, and it definitely isn't because it is easier. He is so much more pleasant and it moves quickly. Although I am working out twice as long per day, it feels like it goes by faster than Jillian Michael's 25min video. Yay!

I did Bum Bum today, and stuck through the entire video this time!!! And boy was it a workout!! I am sweaty and have shaky legs!!! Good thing tomorrow is a rest day!!0
