Anyone starting today?

I've used the dvd before, but have alternated w/ 30 DS and Yoga Meltdown, but this time I want to be more committed to it. I find this workout very difficult but really want to give it a solid try. I am 3 pounds away from goal, and need very much to tone up my core and abs. I don't think I'll do this every day for the 6 weeks but at least every other day, I like to run and do Yoga as well. I wonder if 3X's a week would be sufficient. Thoughts???

Don't worry we have several people here doing 6w6p. I am doing it too.
Check out our daily comments thread ^^v we normally write what we workout !
You can do it, i believe in you ^^! level 1 is good, sometimes you need 2 days to heal in the beginning.
With this workout the last 3 pounds will be shedding like nothing!
Make sure you drink a whey protein shake after your workout to prevent extrem sourness! Jillian kicks but in this one :P!
