I'm still up a lb or something. 2. I dunno. My heavy lifting program has my weight all wacky because of all the water retention and stuff.
Also you are putting on muscle which is smaller but heaver then the fat you lost. I would bet your attire is fitting better. Congrats on all your hard work.

I'm down to 112 lbs! When I weighed myself a week ago I was 112.6, so I'm thrilled.

I've made my four pounds for the month. Now it's time to pig out, errrrrr, I mean continue to make healthy choices in diet and exercise to keep myself on the path toward my goal!

ozzra8 lost 2.6 pounds since her last weigh-in!! I updated at the end of the 29th so I'll count this loss. Not bad for a few days. Doing Zumba really helped.

3/17/12 - 179.4 - .8lb loss, but i'm in the 170's YAY! Let's hope it stays.
3/24/12 - 179.2 - .2lb loss (at least it's something)

It was 82.8kg yesterday morning, but after a bit of an experience with some licorice allsorts and chocolate last night things look a little different today, oops!

I have lost zero pounds. I might have gained a pound but I don't like to think about it and honestly I have no way to tell what this workout program is doing to my weight so I'm just holding off until I have a rest week (May) to feel depressed about it (if that is warranted). I deadlifted 140 though! That was nice - 2 weeks away from deadlifting pretty close to 1x bodyweight (if I can get there - I weigh 165 and I'm adding 10lbs per week atm so it'll be close).0 -

Have struggled alot the past week or so. Not sure why. Fortunately have not gained, that would have been awful. Here's to kicking my *kitten* back onto the road.

So even after being gone for the week and not eating the best I still managed a loss this week. I'm pretty happy with that. No clue why or how it happened, but I won't question it. Apparently I need to go on vacation more often.
So a total of 3.8lb loss for March - I'm ok with that. Pretty steady!0 -
