If, like me, you don't have an HRM, you can log your 30DS exercises under "Circuit training, general". It's usually a pretty close estimate of calories burned.

36 minutes 278 calories with my HRM
    I'm 30 years old and 190 lbs.

Thnak you very much! I was wondering how to add the 30 DS. Happy Friday!
  • Can someone point me to how to enter exercise from a HRM? I have one - and think I'm getting a little more juice out of 30DS than the "circuit-training, general" give me. Either way, I don't want to over OR under count burn.

But - I can't figure out how to enter exercise from HRM. I'm probably missing something obvious.

Good to know. I just started the 30DS and I'm currently on day two. I was unsure of what category it would fall under when logging.
