Hi. I just dicovered this site today and am excited to get started. I just finished with week 2 of the c25k yesterday. I'm really thinking I may do week two again to build up more stamina. My real problem is that about half way through the run my legs start to really kill me. I use a treadmill, so I've tried to slow down the speed and it hasn't helped. I do stretch before and after each session.

Are there any pointers that anyone can give me??

Thanks so much!

I use a treadmill too - your stamina will come in time. I am in week nine and still can't believe that just a few weeks ago I couldn't run for 1 minute without being stuffed!
If you feel you need to repeat a week - do so and listen to your body.
I personally don't do stretching before a workout - the 5 min warm up walk suffices. I stretch after the workout but not much.

Yes, but I'm not sure what my body is saying. If you can complete the current week's challenge, do you try the next week's automatically? And then if you struggle drop back a week?
