Any Results??

I was wondering if any of you have seen results or lost any weight from doing the shred, even if it's only been a few weeks.
I've definitely gotten stronger in the 13 days I've been doing it but Im not sure I've lost any weight.

I would love to know if you have and how much :smile:

    I'm on day 15 of the 30 DS so I'm halfway through. I cheated today and measured myself (told myself I wouldn't until I was completely done). No real impressive results to report...An inch in my waist area but the belly button area and hips remain the same. One thigh has actually increased in size so either I didn't measure it in the same place OR my muscle has increased (I do see muscle definition in my legs now). Even though I'm not seeing anything drastic in terms of inches lost or pounds lost, I am feeling stronger and the workout relieves a significant amount of stress. In the beginning I was doing other workouts in addition to the 30 DS but had to lay off because of time constraints. However, for the next 15 days, I will incorporate additional exercise in hopes to kick start the process!! And, I have to keep in mind ... I am only halfway through - a lot can happen in 2 weeks!

    Hang in there because there are some awesome before and after pictures here on MFP. I know it's worth the 30 days we are putting into it.

    I have Withings scales so weight myself everyday to see changes in body fat percentage etc. Getting a bit disheartend at not seeing anything budge on the scales I decided to retake my measurements after day 7 and have lost 3 inches all over. Will measure again to see if anything else has come off this sunday

    Hubby commented yesterday that my bum has disappeared so hes definitely noticing and Ive also gone down a bra size, which both are a bit of a boo and yay at the same time lol

    Overbust: 34.5 (without sports bra on this time but know i went down a cup size this week boo)

    Upper arm right: 10
    Upper left thigh: 21
    Upper right thigh: 21
    Inches lost: 4.25

    Week 2
    Weight: 126.4
    Underbust: 29.5
    Overbust: 34
