    Hi everyone! I'm Amy and I am 5'4.5" and 151 pounds, hoping to lose about 10 pounds and go from there. I have attempted the Shred a few times over the past year but I have never stuck with it for 30 days (although I have tried all 3 levels at some point). I am actually starting this on Level 2 since Level 1 makes me get bored too easily after all of my other attempts. I also run so I am planning to do the 30DS 4-5 days per week so I can keep up with my running (I do the occasional 5K even though I am not a fast runner).
    Feel free to add me on here! I love all of the motivation and support of this group!

    Hi Everyone!

    I know that I am late to the party, but I'm Shay! I am 30 years old, and I live in sunny Florida. As indicated in my ticker, I currently weigh 170 pounds. My BMI indicates that I should be in 130-134 range being that I am 5'1. Given this information, my goal weight is 135. Hopefully shedding these pounds will enable me to accomplish my number one goal: Having a baby! I am new to the forum, so I will start JM 30 Day Shred on Monday and post my progress. Thanks in advance for supporting my efforts. We can do this!

    Hello, my name is Rebecca. I am 36 years old and the mother of two children, one daughter will be 15 in April and my son is six. I have been happily married for almost 9 years. I started my weight loss journey in january of 2011 at 183 pounds... I am currently 135 pounds....I was 130 but through the holidays I gained 5 pounds....I am wanting to get to my goal weight of 125 by July. Me and my family are planning a vacation to Myrtle Beach.....I wanna buy a two piece bathing suit to wear...lol....hoping the 30ds will help get me there....

    HI, I am Christa. I am 42 yrs old. I weigh 184 and am 5' 10". I have 2 kids ages 18 and 16 from my first marriage and a 6 1/2 yr old from my second marriage. My husbands could not be any more different. I am so lucky to have the most thoughtful husband ever!!

    I work as a receptionist at a Physiotherapy clinic with a Chiropractor and a Massage Therapist as well. I just got certified as a Nutrition and Wellness Specialist, so it's fun to help others reach their goals and to share all the info I've learned over the years.

    I've always struggled with my weight but when I turned 38 I knew I had to change things. I lost 60 lbs and got down to 162...the lowest in my life. (everyone asked if i was ok and told me I looked sick) Last year I went thru a lot of crap and gained back 20+ lbs. I've been struggling ever since to lose it. My goal is 170. I'm so excited to have found MFP.

    Hi everyone! I just joined today! I am 27 years old. My name is Jessica. I am married to a wonderful man and we have one puppy that is our baby for now. I am 5'2 and weigh 150. I would love to get to 125. I have no real reason for gaining weight, except for a happy marriage. LOL.

    I have 2 main weaknesses! 1) I love sweets at night snacking time! 2) I am a teacher for 5th grade and when I get home I feel like putting on comfy clothes and just relaxing! so.. lack of motivation for exercise.

    I am on day 4 of the 30 DS, but I have not stayed consistent. I am going to start doing it 6 days a week along with 3-4 days of C25K. I want to get back to the runner I once was!

    I am hoping that being part of a group and holding me accountable will keep me motivated and I can post awesome before and after pics!
