Hey all!
Can you peek at my diary and let me know how you think I'm doing. For the past few days I've been having trouble hitting my BMR. I think it may be temporary as some days I'm hungrier, but after reading a little around the main forums about BMR I've become concerned with going under it. Also, I think I'm just looking for encouragement from those who are like-minded.
THank you for your support!!

Ok, after thinking about it and remembering The Primal Blueprint, if my body is in fat-burning mode, it should get what it needs from my fat, so I shouldn't be freaking out about going under BMR occasionally, right?
A lesson in not surfing the main forums, perhaps.0 -
If you are full and satisfied then I think it is fine on occasion. I find myself doing this a few times a week because I am satisfied with what I have eaten. I find if I eat a lot of fats, then I am more content and may not reach my BMR. Many of the people on MFP have trouble staying on their calorie goal because of the high carb, low satiety characteristics of their food!0
