    Anything else we should know about you: I am taking Phentermine now (a little cheating, but have to admit it is easier). My dr. perscribed it for my high cholestrol. My shortterm goal is to get my weight down to 150s by April 20th. I have a trip planed to visit my mom. I have lost 4lbs so far in the first week, and need to stay on the track to reach my goal.

    Food weakness: I joke that most of my original gain was made of Ben and Jerry's and Pizza...but breads and potatoes too.
    New found healthy food addiction: Roasted Brussels sprouts (halfed tossed in olive oil, salt and pepper; 400 degrees for 20mins. You don't believe it, so you just have to try it!) and frozen fruit smoothies with whey protein.

    Anything else we should know about you: I was diagnosed last year with "indeterminate PCOS" which I'm pretty sure my doc needs to run more tests since thyroid/adrenal issues run in the family. I'm trying an adjusted Goal in MFP to do a 40/30/30 for carbs/fat/protein since people with PCOS are prone to Type 2 Diabetes (also runs in the family) and are recommended to eat more protein and less carbs. I am a Lacto-Ovo Vegetarian and have been all my life. I enjoy outdoor activities and gained almost everything I lost last year over the winter here in Chicago because I don't like exercising inside--esp. when the air is SUPER DRY...and was depress etc. Getting back on track with jogging on the lakefront. Glad we're all here! Let's keep some butt!
