wk 10
I know its not really wk 10 but since the wk log ins have stopped up to wk 9 im going to continue with wk 10. Summer is wonderful. It gets easier to make the right choices and the pounds seem to slip off easier . Everyone lets make the most of the summer and enjoy it with a healthier lifestyle. :)

Destroyed my diet
I totally lost my motivation for the diet for the last two months and i ate whatever i wanted. haha Did any of you do the same? Well its summer now so time to get back on schedule for those who stopped like me. Well I've got 4 months left to lose 30 pounds. :)

Week 6 progress (23rd March)
Hi everyone! Just wanted to see how the week went. Mine was not that bad. After plateauing for around 10 days I finally lost 4.6 lbs last week. A little over 10lbs lost since I joined this group. Can wait to hit the 30lb mark. Hope you all had a good week.:smile:
