OK So how is everybody doing? So glad I am in this for the long term, rather than the short. A slow start, but at least I am moving in the right direction after my holiday.

I just started MFP in March so....

6lbs is nearly your first half a stone. Why not reward yourself with a treat, (Maybe not a sticky cake)
I have a squash lesson for every 7lbs and this helps keep focus. My other half buys a bead for her bracelet.
