I have been eating very well but hope this challenge will get me back on a regular exercise schedule that will produce results faster than yoga alone. I love how I feel and look when I workout but have had a terrible time getting back to it after this little hiatus. I hope this challenge will be the motivation I need and that the weight will keep dropping!0 -
