Just figured I put up a discussion thread for blue team. I am finally done with work and not as stressed. This has helped me rethink my strategies to losing weight. Its been hard closing up my school year since losing a student and my internship. I am recentering and finding out that my eating is creating water retention…
Since everyone liked the minutes and calorie burn challenges we will do another calorie burn challenge for our final week. This time we challenge you to burn 2000 calories throughout the week!!!! Again, you can run, bike, swim, walk, do DVDs, play sports, ect......any purposeful exercise!!! Lets give it one final try!!
