Since everyone liked the minutes and calorie burn challenges we will do another calorie burn challenge for our final week.

This time we challenge you to burn 2000 calories throughout the week!!!! Again, you can run, bike, swim, walk, do DVDs, play sports, ect......any purposeful exercise!!!

Lets give it one final try!!
