HI, everyone! I'm Sue, and I live in Portland. I'm 65 years old and I've been struggling with my weight my whole adult life. Trying to establish some healthy eating habits. I have elderly parents who are becoming very frail, so there's stress in my life, and I find it hard to keep from eating out of stress.
I'm an avid gardener and am really looking forward to spring!

Dover-Foxcroft Maine here!!! I had a really bad virus this fall/winter that attacked my immune system (8 months of being down and out) so I am getting back on track with my fitness!! I was training for the Marine Corps Marathon when I got sick last August, so I have a ways to go to get back what I have lost!!!
