I gained a pound since last week, but I lost 1/4 inch in my waist and I'm still down (a little) from the start. So, I'll take it. Next week will be better.

I gained slightly but have lost 4 inches total since we started this thread two weeks ago, so I can't complain. I'm also in the midst of figuring out how many calories to eat so I keep adjusting my intake. I am steady at 2030 now, and eating back at least half my exercise calories, which on footy training days can be upwards of 600 (I average about 1200 calories burned during 2 hours of footy training) so it's been kind of hard to convince myself to eat all that!0 -

Got to keep that concentration! My biggest hurdle to get over is the weekend... man do I love some pizza! I think that if I was more disciplined on the weekends with my eating I'd see better numbers. Thankfully... its still a loss.

I too love pizza, without a doubt my favourite food. I have started making my own with pita bread. I use a six inch pita, tomato sauce, sometimes pesto sauce and I pile on all the veggies I want, with mozzerella cheese. I don't usually use meat because if I do, I have to cut back on the cheese (calories and fat), I'd rather have the cheese.0
