    I've had so much pain in this last week. My GLUTES are dying, I swear!! hahahaha Yoga last night felt ahhhh-mazing!!

    Week 4. I am supposed to do Core 20 and Stretch 40 today, but I read that someone replaced Core 20 with Tummy Tuck from Brazil Butt Lift and liked that better...I think I am going to try that today and see how it feels.

    Week 5. Starting to see the pounds coming off! Today was Fire 30 and I did ChaLean Extreme Burn Circuit 1. And that was with a sinus infection...used to be, I'd have used that as an excuse to lay around all day!

    I am starting week two today. Fire 45 Stretch 10.
  • I am also starting Week 2, did core 20 last night and stretch 40 and oh boy I feel the burn. But it feels so good!

    Since I started working out I have been taking Osteobiflex daily and it has really helped my knees!

    I'm on Week 5. Today I did Fire 30 and Sculpt 30. I was happily suprised that the workouts changed so much after 4 weeks.
