EXERCISE - What are you going to do? I am going to exercise for at least 20 min today. I will post later when I finished. I am also going to drink more water.

    40 mins of elliptical and weight training at the gym! just shy of 500 cals burned... maybe burn a little more to get to the 500 mark!

    Great challenge I have my treamill up and running mon id 30 outside pwr wlk 30 min strength 30 min pilates. Tues 60 min on treadmill tonite I get to do kempo x. I am going rotate this routine to see if it helps me progess have been up and down wgt wise keeping cal in ck. Not sure what the prob is. I am making sure I eat enough. Almost 50 metabolism is so frustrating
