I HAD made the decision to stay off the scale for at least two weeks... but this morning I goofed up and got on only to discover a 2.5lb gain. ):
Dunno what's up with that! I've been under calories every day, exercising everyday... so I've decided my body clearly hates me. BUT I will weigh again April 7th and hope for a better turnout.

Nothing yet. Changed my calorie intake and going to set a more detailed meal plan and workout plan to see if i get any results. wish me luck!0

I just weighed in today & was down .2 lbs...but lost an additional 8in in the past wk. I don't fully understand it, but maybe has to do with the circuit training I've been doing along with additional use of weights? Anyone else seeing this as well?0
