I'm not sure, yet, what my goal ought to be! But, I can look at my phone app to see how much distance I've covered hiking, walking, and running since the 23rd:
Huh! 22 miles! averaging over four miles a day. Well, that's pretty good for a newbie. Sometimes I run (doing that C25K thing), sometimes I walk, and sometimes I hike.0 -
76km total wahoo!
anyway, this month is almost over. anyone keen for another challenge next month? ideas?0 -

welcome, awesome effort for the past week0 -
Thanks!
One of my goals is to run in a 5k. I honestly think that will be fairly easy, barring any injuries/complications while working my way up to it.
Then, I'd like to just run 5k a day as regular exercise. My other goal is to climb a munro. (A Scottish mountain over 3000 feet). I know I could do it, now. I am just working my way up to climbing bigger and bigger hills so that when I do it, I won't be utterly miserable the whole time.0 -
